Agreed. (1) will hopefully be partially solved by the website. I don't
remember if the directions are clearer, so we may need to decide on new
wording for it.
(2) will be trickier and may depend on #5463 because we really should
start using it (shall we make this a parent?)

Probably =/ Should we split this into two UX/usability tickets? one for
email distributor and one for http? Can we ask people to do field tests
after the new site is deployed? :)

I think, for now, the best way to specify various attributes is in the
body. I can't think of an easier way, at least. With a vastly improve web
UI and with more detailed/understandable instructions, I think the email
format should be pretty easy to follow.
