 I think this would be a nice place to (try to) coax bridge ops to run
 pluggable transports if they are not presently doing so.

 We're finally using the new bridgedb website, yay! but after chatting with
 asn, aagbsn, and Sebastian we realized that distributing normal bridges
 along with PTs is not such a good idea because if a censor is looking for
 tor traffic it will be able to trivially detect/fingerprint PT connections
 if they occur within at a small time period.

 However, we can't restrict distribution to only PT bridges because we have
 (roughly):
   500 obfs2 bridges
   3000 normal bridges

 That would be *a lot* of normal bridges to waste, so if we can get more
 operators to run PTs then we can feel less bad about ignoring ORPorts.
