Comment(by feynman):
I just want to say that I made a lot of small changes to the git
repository, but the net result was very little. I tried a few more things
like logging into the same account multiple times (the server disconnected
me when I tried to speed up the throttle rate accordingly), having a
throttle rate that does not change with the number of accounts being used
(I concluded that this was not helping), and different locking mechanisms
(the final result has a slightly different locking mechanism).
So, the code now has a little different locking mechanism and a little
more effort in keeping it from sending data after getting a disconnect
request. These were minor changes, and the code as a whole is pretty much
the same.
