 https://www.torproject.org/docs/proxychain tells people how to configure
 their Vidalia to tell Tor to use a proxy. That's no longer going to help
 most users.

 If somebody wants to revive this page (I think it could still be helpful,
 e.g. for folks in Iran where Tor's SSL flows get DPI'ed for but if you use
 a socks proxy first they don't), somebody should get a new screenshot and
 rewrite the text too.
