 I have downloaded Tor and tried to open it several times. However, each
 time I attempt to do so, even after restarting my computer, I always get
 the following message - "A copy of Firefox is already open. Only one copy
 of Firefox can be open at a time." Yet, I do not have Firefox open.

 Matt Pagan from your support has kindly and patiently assisted me. I am
 using Mac OSX 10.9.3 and I have Norton Antivirus. I have changed the
 settings in my System Preferences to allow other applications and
 downloads from the Web to open, as well as changing my Firewall settings,
 but no success.
