 tjr ran into the issue that Tor Browser does not build anymore with the
 default value (2000) for `VM_MEMORY` (see:
 https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tbb-dev/2015-June/000277.html). We
 should bump it to 4000 I'd say.
