 In Firefox 38, we're no longer allowed to call
 `nsICacheService.evictEntries(...);` from JavaScript. This breaks
 torbutton's "New Identity" function. Instead we're supposed to call
 `Services.cache2.clear()`.

 Here's a patch that fixes this problem, and also fixes two more minor
 issues with clearing the application cache (aka offline cache).
