 I left the relay running and this time it seems
 as though it may have recovered.

 Appears that 'urras' fell over and that triggered
 the 0 of 8 good signatures event.  Four of the
 remaining authorities showed up as bad, but
 this implies that the other four were ok?

 Is this somehow a normal and generally experienced
 phenomenon?  Even if so, the original event
 with corrupt ISO times and hourly recurrence
 looks wrong.  And why would the consensus of
 four authorities go bad due to a single
 authority failure?
