 I noticed a new call has been added: [https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-
 central/source/dom/base/nsContentUtils.cpp?from=ThreadSafeIsCallerChrome#2019
 nsContentUtils::ThreadsafeIsCallerChrome()], which checks if the caller is
 a Chrome web worker. I think dangers with this approach remain, but at
 least it appears to be an improvement.
