Comment:

 Using `ControlSocket` doesn't expose the port to other processes.
 Note: the `ControlSocket` line would be disabled by chutney on older
 versions of Tor which don't have that feature.

 donncha, would you like to change the patch to use `ControlSocket`
 instead?
