just to add to this bug report, i have used 0.2.6.9 and was getting c.1835
crash bug, switched to v0.2.6.7 and there were 30+ open circuits in my
network map, old circuits expiring and new ones creating quickly. my
browser was connected only to one server from the beginning of tor
session. server owner confirmed that he is unexpectedly receiving 30+
connections from each client. i could connect to that server using tor2web
proxies but not directly without using 'new identity' or restarting tor. i
have noticed only one server that is producing this problem.
