 You could test our release candidate that should fix this problem:
 https://people.torproject.org/~boklm/builds/7.0.1-build1/. Indeed, as arma
 said, this is very likely a duplicate of #22362. If not, and the 7.0.1
 release candidate is not solving this issue for you, please reopen the
 ticket.
