 We knew about this but collectively we dropped the ball and did not track
 this issue. See for example ticket:30237#comment:59.

 I have a slight preference for linking to
 https://support.torproject.org/onionservices/client-auth/ (the text there
 includes a link to the tb-manual page). It looks like the language code
 should be inserted like this:
 `https://support.torproject.org/${getLocale()/onionservices/client-auth/`
