 looks like needrestart doesn't find php processes that dsa-check-libs does
 find, needs to be checked:

 Running kernel seems to be up-to-date.

 Restarting services...
  systemctl restart cron.service

 No containers need to be restarted.

 No user sessions are running outdated binaries.
