Comment:

 Container OA's (origin atributes) are not compatible in PB Mode (which Tor
 Browser is always in)

 Tor Browser ships with FPI (First Party Isolation). Your cookies, local
 storage and IDB (and favicons, OCSP cache, workers, SSL session cache,
 media cache, HSTS, HPKP, HTTP Alt Services, HTTP2, DNS cache, blob URIs
 and more) are already isolated.

 You don't need containers
