Thanks! I put those css files in place, along with a master-rtl.css that
will call them.
You can see it in action at
https://www.torproject.org/about/overview.html.ar
There are still some edge cases, e.g. where we bring in our ie6 and ie7
hacks afterwards, and they might override some rtl parts.
Does this look like a step in the right direction though?
