 check out the firefox-mobile branch of mikeperry's repository,

 git://gitweb.torproject.org/mikeperry/https-everywhere.git

 IIRC it may be working, but it definitely needs new chrome for the mobile
 browser.  I'm sure Mike would be keen to receive patches for that :)
