 Branch 'task5323a' in my git repo (git://git.torproject.org/~arma/git/tor)
 is vanilla master as of today.

 Branch 'task5323b' is the same thing but with the "finish reading the ssl
 record even if we go negative" feature disabled.

 I wonder which one performs better in practice, when the network is under
 load?
