 From reading the code, bridges would include lines like the following:

 {{{
 method obfs2 12.34.56.78:9012
 method obfs3 21.43.65.87:9021
 }}}

 Should we rename `"method"` to something more meaningful, e.g.,
 `"pluggable-transport"` or just `"transport"`?

 And is there a patch for dir-spec.txt?
