OK....I made the changes above a few days ago (compile w/o bufferevents
and set proper rlimit settings). The relay appears to be running fine.
I am also now running the 3.7 kernel.
blueness: OK...I didn't realize that. If you read way above you can see
that this relay is running in a chroot jail with a non-standard gentoo. I
have had no problems with the standard gentoo...but before I had compiled
just using ./configure and it seems THAT defaults to bufferevents enabled,
unless I was mistaken. the --disable-bufferevents seemed to kill it.
So as far as now, the relay seems to be working fine, so I think it is
safe to assume that my problem was the null dereference problem found in
the stack trace.
