 This is not a browser-specific issue.  The reason for these changes is
 that I'm testing D3.js as new graphing engine.

 I just added horizontal lines.

 However, instantaneous mouseover tooltips are tricky.  Maybe hellais has
 an idea how to add them?  (Code is not yet merged to master, but in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/karsten/atlas.git/blob/refs/heads/task-6361:/js/views/details/main.js
 my task-6361 branch].)

 Do you see any other issues with the new graphs?
