Comment(by mcs):

 We are starting to work on this again.  For now, we will omit the left box
 (IP address, country, exit node, etc.)

 We do want to display a different background gradient and a warning
 message if tor is NOT being used.  But how can the browser determine
 whether traffic is going through tor?
