 The problem is the user admin interface in trac is horrible. It tries to
 load the entire table into ram and parse it live. sql queries would work
 wonders here.

 It also depends what time of day you try to run this, as backups seem to
 slow down trac horribly. See

 Generally, the server is pretty idle and handles the load and
 google/bing/yahoo crawls well.
