 I've got the model invitation letter used by organizers of DebConf13.

 Information we should write in the invitation letter to the best of my
 understanding:

  * date of the meeting;
  * full name, passport number and expiration date of the attendee;
  * purpose of the meeting;
  * what is the Tor Project, Inc.;
  * where will the conference be held (extra information about lodging is
 probably a plus);
  * contact information of the organizers.
