Comment:

 This is finished; there is now a
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/project/bridges/bridgedb-
 admin.git/blob/HEAD:/bin/stage-bridgedb stage-bridgedb] script which sets
 up a staging instance separate from the deployed server. Due to resource
 constraints, it should only actively be running ''while'' testing, and the
 staging server should be killed afterwards.
