 In order to discourage obfs2 deployment and use, the line

   `ServerTransportPlugin obfs2,obfs3 exec /usr/local/bin/obfsproxy
 managed`

 on both these pages could be replaced with

   `ServerTransportPlugin obfs3 exec /usr/local/bin/obfsproxy managed`
