Comment:

 This is a semi-frequent helpdesk question.

 This might be improved by #9173 (the browser *should* be launchable
 without the relativelink wrapper now), but the fact that we disable
 remoting (to avoid launching vanilla Firefox windows) makes this tricky.
 We'd need to hack the remoting code to only remote to a Tor Browser
 instance, and to ignore remoting requests from Firefox.
