 As part of creating unittests for BridgeDB, sysrqb and I worked on a
 descriptor generator. Atagar has mentioned that they would also like to
 use it (with some further improvements) to test stem's parsers. I ended up
 separating it out of BridgeDB so that any project which needs fake
 descriptors can get a copy without having to clone all of BridgeDB. I
 named it `leekspin`, and it's [https://pypi.python.org/pypi/leekspin
 already packaged on PyPI]. However, I am currently using my own git server
 (which doesn't let everyone clone from it) and
 [https://github.com/isislovecruft/leekspin github] to publish its
 code...which will make Tor community members sad.

 May I please have the following repo:
