 In comment:5:ticket:7153 I suggested using multiple bridge lines in the
 flashproxy configuration. The idea is that since flashproxy-client
 multiplexes multiple external connections, tor should have a hint that it
 can connect to the PT more than once. comment:2:ticket:10429 has the
 results of some tests showing slightly improved reliability with multiple
 bridge lines.

 This patch doesn't cause flashproxy-client to make any additional external
 connections. It still sends just a single registration message at startup,
 and receives the same number of external proxy connections. The different
 is that the PT program will appear to tor to be more than a single bridge,
 so tor can connect to the PT multiple times and use more than one of the
 external connections.
