 When downloading some files from https://kitebit.com/, we are sent a link
 on http://ds6mgb82jxf5h.cloudfront.net/. However https-everywhere
 redirects to an https version of the URL which gives a permission denied
 error.

 I suggest adding the following exclusion to the cloudfront rule:

 }}}
