 Those two screens currently look very much alike:

 - 1.5 line of description
 - Yes/No radio button

 In many cases I think that we would gain from having some visual element
 to make it more clean which screen we are on and what it is about. For
 example, in the context of Tails, this Tor configuration cannot be made
 persistent yet, so I'm typing the same config every time I start Tails and
 I tend to go quickly on the first screens.

 A simple solution could be to add a big title on top of the description.
 Maybe "Local network proxy" and "Tor bridges"?

 That would be especially helpful if you are considering switching the
 order of those two screens in the near future (#13271). As people who go
 through them without thinking will think they got crazy :)
