 TBB 4.0.4 prevents the "Allow [...]" option from being reenabled from the
 options menu UI (does not show permanent allow option even when checked).

 Not sure if this is related:
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/14851

 It should be up to the user if they want this feature or not. General
 browsing is severely limited without scripts or having to reenable it
 every time when visiting a site that is already trusted.

 Comment about leakage: bookmarks should be disabled too if this is a
 concern.
