Here is a C file to reproduce the bug:

memset(a, 'x', 299);
a[299] = 0;
memset(c, 'y', 299);

b[0] = 0;
strlcat(b, a, 300);
b[0] = 0;
strlcat(b, c, 300);
return 0;
}

Compile it with GCC on OSX 10.10, run it, and you'll get "Abort trap: 6".
I believe 10.9 will have the same issue.
