 Lunar came up with the idea to show the user on first start a notification
 (just when the browser window came up and no modal dialog) that there is
 the option now to choose between different security levels. I think I am
 implementing this idea as we don't want to hide the slider away from non-
 expert users that are not familiar with working with deeply buried
 settings.
