 weasel - the documentation for how we add LDAP accounts is not exactly
 easy to find. https://db.torproject.org is a mess of broken links to
 unrelated www.torproject.org pages at the top and old debian info on the
 bottom. https://help.torproject.org is easily confused for a support site.
 It's somewhat inconsiderate to curtly expect people to navigate the
 current sloppy mess of mismatched info, as if it were easy. I'm not saying
 you have to clean that stuff up right now (or ever), but it might be nice
 if you could at least drop a URL to the right docs in response to improper
 requests in the meantime.

 saint - the process for adding new accounts is described here:
 https://help.torproject.org/tsa/doc/accounts/. Note that torproject.org
 only provides mail forwarding, not full IMAP+SMTP email accounts.
