 Whois says it is related to ZAO Countrycom (countrycom.ru which is
 redirected to alloincognito.ru).
 It is a cellular network operator holding brandname alloincognito.

 I see nothing special in it, it looks like a usual card of a little
 company.


 I want to thank them for their contribution, but I think their
 contribution should be analyzed, because they have all licenses the
 telecom company in Russia must have to operate legally, to have the
 licenses they must send all the traffic from their networks to FSB.
