 Apparently ooniprobe installation instructions are a bit outdated as the
 ooniprobe has been removed from Debian jessie release.

 You can still install the latest ooniprobe version via pip (preferably on
 a virtualenv):
 {{{
 pip install ooniprobe
 }}}
