 Users complained on the blog that Scramblesuit did not work anymore (see
 e.g. https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-
 browser-554-released#comment-164395). And they were right as the VM
 providing the bridge was down. We should write a test for this PT and
 include it in the test suite.
