Comment:

 Please see my branch bug18489 at https://github.com/teor2345/tor.git

 It copies the existing extrainfo check from
 router_pick_directory_server_impl to router_pick_trusteddirserver_impl.
 (The previous code just assumed every fallback was an authority for the
 purposes of determining extrainfo support.)

 This must go in the rc, and it would be nice to get it in 0.2.8.2-alpha so
 we can get good feedback on whether this fix works.
