 Clear All History / Site Preferences clears SiteSecurityServiceState.txt
 So, why tbb-newnym was added?
 > And it is not cleared after closing the session, sigh.
 Because FF clears it after exiting PBM, but in TBB it is permanent.

 No leak, file is in profile folder as any other preference.
