Comment:

 Hi, keb!
 There are your tickets that 7 years old, yay! Maybe, because of your
 account was created when this Trac was so young that couldn't send emails
 with comments to you, today you see update only when ticket is closed.
 There are no options on user's side, but filing a ticket to Service - Trac
 admins may help.
 Status Property was changed to needs_information, maybe it's enough for
 Trac to notify you.
