 `about:profiles` allows user things like creating new profiles or
 restarting with extensions disabled. This might lead to weird errors and
 there is probably no real use case in a Tor Browser context for that. We
 should hide it ideally with an option to make it visible again if it is
 indeed needed for some reason.
