For naming, it seems like the current scheme works fine for now. Mine
would be 'op-ca' since it appears that mine is located in Canada:

But yeah, you may run into collisions if you plan to run more instances.
Some other schemes I can think of are:
- IP address: 'op-ca-167.114.171.3'
- AS number: 'op-ca-as1234'
- Simple increment: 'op-ca1', 'op-ca2', etc.
I like tying it to an IP or AS number, because it is more precise. The
name is longer though, and if you move the instance, you would need to
rotate the name (which may be a good thing anyway since it moved network
locations).
