 I also read the note and i think nothing has changed since this ticket was
 opened.
 This list (https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/GoodBadISPs)
 is bigger and more up to date at some ISPs than the new list.
 Is there anything i could do to help to implement the data from the old
 list to the new list?
