This is why, by the way, I'm thinking we could just host a mumble instance
instead. This is much, *much* simpler to deploy in terms of staff skills,
but it also uses much less resources, both on the client and the server
side.
But if we have "video" as a "must-have", i guess that kicks out mumble...
:/ (Dial-in, by the way, is a possibility with
[https://github.com/slomkowski/mumsi mumsi] although that project is not
as well packaged and maintained as mumble itself.)
