New description:

 Firefox 3.0 started providing an API to allow individual plugin control.
 Torbutton should provide a window pane
 with either a checkbox panel of plugins to allow, or an "Allow all but
 flash" option. Then we could recommend
 people use simpler plugin blockers like Flashblock, as opposed to
 resorting to NoScript.
