 Yes. We are pretty clear about telling people not to use Tor for
 bittorrent and bulk transfer in general elsewhere. I would prefer a more
 generic message about being careful not to use any unapproved program
 without defense-in-depth.. This also extends to things like pdfs and doc
 files that you work with anonymously too.
