 Having

 setTimeout(function() {torbutton_set_window_size(browser.contentWindow);},
 0);
 }}}
 instead of
 {{{
 torbutton_set_window_size(browser.contentWindow);
 }}}
 helps as well. While this is much better than the popup mentioned in
 comment 8 the resizing is visible.
