 The hidden service url is just pointing at the same directory as the
 public domain name. The source for the site is here,
 https://svn.torproject.org/svn/website/trunk/, feel free to submit patches
 so we can simply publish the website and have it correctly link to .onion
 domains when viewed from the .onion version of the website and public dns
 names when linked from public dns domains.
