 My suggestion is to move up
 https://metrics.torproject.org/consensus-health.html#overlap
 over
 https://metrics.torproject.org/consensus-health.html#relayflags

 I didn't know that there was a summary on how often an authority did or
 did not vote as the other authorities.

 I assumed the Relay flags would be the last part of the Consensus Health
 and I would have never figured out that you list the overlap of votes if
 turtles wouldn't vote so funny things.

 Previously I never scrolled down the whole list, just looked into some
 mismatches. Turtles was voting so strange that I looked at the votes it
 made and figured out there was a summary at the bottom.

 The summary is very, very useful.

 (your turtles may need water as some turtles are just slow on land, but
 amazingly fast in water)
